Dorsoduro Osteria was born from a simple idea: create a place people don’t just visit but return to.

Inspired by time spent in the Dorsoduro district of Venice—a neighborhood known for its art, history, and unhurried way of life—this osteria brings that same spirit to Walla Walla. It’s a reflection of old-world hospitality shaped by personal experience, a love of food, and a belief that the best places are the ones that feel familiar from the start.

At its core, Dorsoduro is about simplicity done well. Thoughtfully curated boards of cured meats and European cheeses, fresh bread from local partners like Pane Dolce, and olive oils and balsamics from D’Olivo come together to create something both refined and approachable. Paired with local wine and beer, the experience is designed to be enjoyed often—not saved for special occasions.

The space itself reflects that philosophy. Warm, inviting, and intentionally unpretentious, it’s built for conversation, connection, and slowing down—whether for a quick stop after work or a long evening with friends.

Dorsoduro Osteria exists to offer something increasingly rare: a place where quality doesn’t feel exclusive, where simplicity feels intentional, and where people can gather, unwind, and return again and again.

Unwind the Venetian Way.
